Package prices are in Euro/BGN per person on HB basis (breakfast and dinner) for the respective number of nights.

THE PRICE IS PER PERSON AND INCLUDES:

• Accommodation in the selected room type for the respective number of nights
• Buffet breakfast and dinner (minimum 25 guests required)
• Sauna park (2 types of saunas, steam bath and relaxation area)
• Use of indoor heated swimming pool (30°C) and jacuzzi
• Use of fitness centre
• Free scheduled shuttle transfer to the gondola lift and back until 31.03.2025
• Wi-Fi around reception and lobby bar
• Outdoor parking
• Tourist insurance and VAT

SUPPLEMENTS / DISCOUNTS:

• First child up to 11.99 years old stays free of charge
• Children up to 5 years old stay and dine free of charge
• Second child aged 6–11 years on extra bed receives 50% discount from adult price
• Children over 12 years old and adults on extra bed in apartment: 70% of the package price

ACCOMMODATION:

• In a one-bedroom apartment with living room: minimum occupancy 2 adults, maximum 4 adults
• In a two-bedroom apartment: minimum occupancy 4 adults, maximum 5 adults
• Single occupancy is available only in a studio. Price is 80% of the double room rate.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Cancellation up to 7 days before arrival date: no penalty
• Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: 50% penalty of reservation value applies
• Reservation deposit is non-refundable after the stated deadlines
